Mediterranean mixed grill — beef kebabs and chicken souvlaki served with tzatziki sauce and market vegetables, accompanied by hummus

While everyone everywhere else in northern Virginia is concerning themselves with spring, and wine trails, and cherry blossoms, and allergies, we here at Silver Spoon Caterers are counting down the days until ol’ Saint Nick comes back to visit. (In case anyone’s wondering, the countdown clock is set to nine months. That’s 274 days and 11 hours, to be specific.)
